No Refund Policy

All purchases made through the Cricket Colombia online store are final.

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any other reason not related to a product defect or shipping damage.

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and their order before completing the purchase.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, we will gladly replace it with the same item or, if unavailable, an equivalent product of equal value.

To request a replacement, you must:

• Contact Cricket Colombia within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Provide your order number.
• Include clear photographs showing the damaged or defective product and its packaging.
• Keep the product in its original condition until your claim has been reviewed.

If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item (if required) and arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Items Not Eligible for Replacement

We are unable to replace products that have been:

• Damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care.
• Modified or altered after delivery.
• Subject to normal wear and tear.
• Damaged after successful delivery for reasons unrelated to manufacturing defects.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Once verified, we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and provide return instructions for the incorrect product.

Return Conditions

When requested by Cricket Colombia, returned products must:

• Be unused.
• Be in their original packaging.
• Include all original accessories, labels, and documentation.
• Be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Shipping Costs

If the replacement is approved because the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped by Cricket Colombia, we will cover the shipping costs associated with the replacement.

If a return is requested for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs. Please note that, as stated above, refunds are not available.

Processing Time

Once your replacement request has been received and approved, we will process your replacement as quickly as possible. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and shipping destination.
