The inaugural Gulf Series Cup witnessed a thrilling five-match T20 International contest between the Colombia Men’s National Team and Mexico Men’s National Team at the picturesque Country Club de Barranquilla in Sabanilla, Atlántico, Colombia.

Over the course of three action-packed days (May 9–11), both teams displayed exceptional talent, passion, and sportsmanship in what turned out to be a tightly contested series that saw Mexico edge Colombia 3–2 to lift the first-ever Gulf Series Cup. Although the series was not sanctioned for ICC rankings points, the level of competition was nothing short of international standard.
