No Refund Policy<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

All purchases made through the Cricket Colombia online store are final<\/b><\/span>.<\/p>\n

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or returns<\/b><\/span> for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any other reason not related to a product defect or shipping damage.<\/p>\n

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and their order before completing the purchase.<\/p>\n

Damaged or Defective Products<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, we will gladly replace it with the same item or, if unavailable, an equivalent product of equal value.<\/p>\n

To request a replacement, you must:<\/p>\n

  • Provide your order number.<\/li>\n

  • Keep the product in its original condition until your claim has been reviewed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item (if required) and arrange a replacement at no additional cost.<\/p>\n

    Items Not Eligible for Replacement<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

    We are unable to replace products that have been:<\/p>\n

        If the replacement is approved because the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped by Cricket Colombia, we will cover the shipping costs associated with the replacement.<\/p>\n

        If a return is requested for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs. Please note that, as stated above, refunds are not available.<\/p>\n
