The inaugural Gulf Series Cup witnessed a thrilling five-match T20 International contest between the Colombia Men’s National Team y Mexico Men’s National Team at the picturesque Country Club de Barranquilla in Sabanilla, Atlántico, Colombia.

Over the course of three action-packed days (May 9–11), both teams displayed exceptional talent, passion, and sportsmanship in what turned out to be a tightly contested series that saw Mexico edge Colombia 3–2 to lift the first-ever Gulf Series Cup. Although the series was not sanctioned for ICC rankings points, the level of competition was nothing short of international standard.
